Project Management

Management Fee= Add an additional .5% to listing agent fee.

Any projects that cost under $2,500, I will manage for free, no additional fee increase necessary. 

Disclaimer: Project management services are only available for clients listing their home with me. I do not offer one off managing of home projects to individuals who are not my clients.

  • Once your budget has been established, we bid the project out to qualified local vendors, to obtain the best price and the most qualified contractor for your job.
  • Vendor insurance review and negotiation with the vendor, if necessary, to make sure homeowners are not open to any liability.
  • Vendor Contract Negotiation: We will negotiate with vendors to get the best price and contract terms on behalf of the homeowner.
  • Project oversight every step of the way from the first nail to the final touches of paint.
  • Includes the scheduling and coordination of several vendors on a project, if necessary.
  • Frequent updates and check-ins with the homeowner on the status of the project, schedules, and timelines for peace of mind.

A detailed Project Completion Package will be given to homeowners for their records at our final project walkthrough:

  • Before and after pictures of the project.
  • Detailed project Scope of Work.
  • Executed Contract with vendor insurance and contact information.
  • Permits, inspections, warranties, lien waivers (if necessary and agreed upon by both parties), and any other pertinent project paperwork.
  • Certified Project Inspection Reports
  • Warranties- We will handle all post-project warranty claims for 90 days after project completion.
